  • Social media management

  • Email marketing

  • Call tracking and AI-based tools

Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in your service agreement or proposal.


2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information, creative assets, and access credentials needed for campaigns.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and advertising regulations related to their business.

  • Respond to communication in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

Failure to provide required materials or timely communication may impact results and does not entitle the client to a refund.


3. Fees and Payment

  • All fees are outlined in the service agreement.

  • Payments are due as specified (e.g., monthly, upfront, or milestone-based).

  • Late payments may result in paused services or suspension of campaigns.

  • Fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.


4. Performance Disclaimer

While Force Pilot Marketing uses best practices to generate leads and increase visibility, we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., a set number of leads, jobs, or revenue). Marketing performance depends on multiple factors, including market conditions, client responsiveness, and competition.


5. Intellectual Property

  • Any materials provided by the client (logos, photos, content) remain the client’s property.

  • Campaign structures, ad copy, creative, and strategies developed by Force Pilot Marketing remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use marketing materials created for them.


6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information (business data, strategies, pricing, etc.) confidential and not disclose it to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • Force Pilot Marketing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, leads, or business opportunities).

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the three months preceding the claim.


8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice (e.g., 30 days), unless otherwise specified in the service contract. Clients remain responsible for payment of services provided up to the termination date.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.


10. Changes to Terms
